But here’s the best part: Your first month with us is completely free! We waive all service fees in the first month to offset the setup cost, because we’re confident you’ll love the value we bring and will stay with us long-term.
How does the payment process work with Easy Host Services?

Guests book your property through various top booking platforms, such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. Easy Host Services manages these bookings and collects the rental income on your behalf.
2. How does Easy Host Services handle payments?
At the end of each month, Easy Host Services calculates the total income from your property’s bookings. From this amount, we first deduct all applicable fees, which may include:- Platform Service Fees (charged by platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, typically a percentage of the booking)
- Payment Processing Fees
- Cleaning Fees (collected from guests specifically for cleaning services)
- Other Platform-Specific Fees
3. What about the management fees for Easy Host Services?
We offer two service options to suit your needs:
- Revenue Management (15% of Booking Revenue): This package includes essential services to maximize your income, such as:
- Price Optimization: Adjusting rates in real-time based on market trends.

Before Each Stay:
- Prompt responses to all guest inquiries within 12 hours to maintain or earn Superhost status.
Rental Marketing (25% of Total Charges)
Our Rental Marketing service includes all aspects of Revenue Management PLUS comprehensive guest services, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
Ongoing:
- All services included in Revenue Management (listing creation, booking optimization, and pricing adjustments).
- Screening and securing quality guest profiles to ensure a positive rental experience.
Before Each Stay:
- Respond to all guest inquiries within 12 hours to maintain Superhost status.
- Coordinate cleaner visits to prepare the property for each guest.
- Ensure stock of toiletries, bathroom essentials, laundry soaps, and kitchen basics for guest convenience.
At Check-In:
- Send guests a reminder of their upcoming stay, along with access details for the property, Wi-Fi, and check-in instructions.
- Provide check-in assistance, answering any last-minute questions guests may have.
During Stay:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, offering 24/7 support for emergencies like lockouts, leaks, or heating issues.
- Manage check-out and next check-in scheduling to allow for same-day reservations.
- For longer stays, coordinate interim cleaning and restocking of essentials.
After Stay:
- Ensure timely guest check-outs and coordinate property cleaning.
- Conduct post-stay inspection and restock essentials.
