  • Bookings: Guests book your property through platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. We manage these bookings and collect rental income for you.

  • Fees: Each month, we calculate your total booking income, deduct applicable fees, and apply the management service fee based on your chosen package.

  • Payouts: After deducting all fees, we transfer the remaining income to you monthly, with a detailed breakdown for transparency.

  • Service Options:

    • Revenue Management (12% of Booking Revenue): Includes price optimization, multi-channel marketing, calendar management, and check-in/out coordination.

    • Rental Marketing (17% of Booking Revenue): Includes all Revenue Management services plus guest communication, review management, and cleaning scheduling.

What happens if there’s damage to my property? +

  • Only applicable for the Rental Marketing Service, we handle it for you! In the event of damage or theft, we coordinate with the booking platform’s insurance to file claims and ensure coverage.

Can I use my property for personal stays? +

  • Absolutely! Just let us know your available dates, and we’ll block them off for your personal use.

What happens if a guest cancels their booking? +

  • We handle cancellations according to the platform’s policies and work to rebook the dates to minimize any impact on your income.

Do you offer services outside North America and the Caribbean? +

Currently, we focus on properties in North America and the Caribbean. However, feel free to contact us to discuss your specific location as the Revenue Management Service makes it feasible for us to manage from afar.
